Our Villa in Benitachell

After 12 happy years, we are reluctantly selling our villa on Calistros in Benitachell.  It has a main part on the upper level and a smaller apartment underneath.  Total build is 174 sq m on a 770 sq m plot.  There are many similar villas for sale, so what's special about ours?.
Firstly, it is in first class structural order, with no water ingress or flooding even in the heaviest rain.  That's something most agents don't tell you - many villas are fine when the weather's good, but aren't water proof. Ours is.
Secondly, it is fully double glazed, even the garage and naya, and most rooms have hot and cold air conditioning - you'll be grateful for that in the heat of summer
Thirdly, the views from the main lounge and the naya are spectacular
Fourthly, everything is on a large scale - rooms, pool, garage, even the satellite dish are all larger than normal.
Finally, it is not overpriced.  We know prices have dropped.  We're asking a sensible and realistic price.
So what's wrong with it?  Nothing's that perfect!
Upstairs could do with redecoration and some areas of the kitchen have seen better days.  When you move in, you'll probably want to add your own personal touches, so there's not much point in our tarting it up just for sale.

Benitachell is a small town in an area known as La Marina Alta situated roughly halfway between Alicante and Valencia, close to the better known towns of Javea and Denia.  Calistros is an Urbanization of roughly 100 villas located about 1Km from the town.  Close enough to be able to walk to the shops, far enough away to be quiet and peaceful, it is a popular with both European expats and the Spanish themselves.  For beach lovers, the beaches of Moraira and Javea Arenal are only a few minutes away.  The AP7 motorway is about 10 minutes away, giving rapid access to Alicante, Valencia, and further afield. Much of the surrounding countryside is undeveloped, with many great walks for you (and your dog). .
