Upstairs

 

Upstairs is where we spend most of our time. There's a modest kitchen (photos will be sent on request), a large lounge, double glazed naya, master bedroom with en-suite and a second double bedroom which we use as a study.

This is our spacious, double aspect lounge.  As you can see, it is fully tiled, as is every room.  The window on the right gives views over the town and since it is west facing there are spectacular sunsets.  To the right of the TV is the wood burning stove, which keeps us warm during the colder days in winter.

This is our naya, one of the best parts of the villa.  As you can see, we use it both as a dining room and for relaxation. It is both double glazed and air conditioned. Out of the window you can see Montgo, with its ever changing colours.

This is the master bedroom.  To give you some idea of the size, that's a 2m wide bed!  Behind the door on the left is the roomy en-suite bathroom.

This is the second bedroom, which we use as our study.  The house is fully wired for both satellite TV and Internet, and this is our Internet hub. Out of the window there are views of Montgo.

 

 

Downstairs

 

Recently refurbished, this is a separate self-contained apartment .  This is where our friends and relatives stay when they visit.  It  could also be rented out for extra income.

The downstairs second bedroom.  Even though this is the smallest bedroom in the house, there's still room for a 1.5m bed.
