The House

 

The house was built in 1990.  The construction is very sound, and we have been very careful to maintain the structure to a high standard. There is no damp nor any other water penetration.  Everything is double glazed.  All villas look nice in the summer.  Ours is also set up for the winter, when it is warm, dry and draught proof.

The pool and garden

 

The garden is on two levels, mainly being bushes and shrubs, plus a couple of mature palms.  On the lower level, outside the entrance to the apartment is the large swimming pool, and a bench for spectators. There is also an outside shower.

The swimming pool. Like much of the villa, this is larger than normal, measuring 10mx5m. The pump house is hidden underneath at the back; the pump is less than a year old.  Credit for the crystal clear water must be given to our pool man.i
